The contact form asks for:

• your name
• your email address
• where the site is
• how many units you have in mind
• what you tell us about the land

The form keeps these details in your browser. It does not store them on the website. When you continue, your email app opens with the enquiry filled in, and you send that message yourself. We do not use the form for marketing lists.

We use these details only to read your site and reply. Under KVKK this is processing that is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract (Article 5/2-c). We do not sell the details, and we do not use them to advertise to you.

We keep an enquiry until we have replied and the conversation has ended. If it becomes a project, we keep what the project needs for as long as the law requires. Otherwise we delete it.

Your email app sends the message to the studio. The website does not pass the form to an email provider. Once the message arrives, we use it only to reply about your site. We do not pass it to anyone else.

Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is used. Write to the studio, or call the number below. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
